Koala Academy provides an exciting alternative for those children who are unable to achieve their full potential in a conventional school environment.
We worked with them first, two years prior to their opening when planning, CIO applications and scoping out potential venues were high on the priority list. Tracey worked with Tori to strengthen their budgets and to empower Tori through sharing the ‘whys’ behind the changes made. Subsequently we were able to read through their CIO application and suggest improvements to the wording used, this in turn lead to a successful application.
